Field Trip!!
CPWC is "Sharing our Community" by going on a field trip on Friday, April 15! We will gather at Bulloch Hall in Roswell at 10:30 a.m. for an 11 a.m. guided tour followed by lunch at The Mill. Lunch should wrap up at approximately 1:30 p.m. The address for Bulloch Hall is 180 Bulloch Ave, Roswell, GA 30075.
Bulloch Hall was built in the Greek Revival style in 1839 by Major James Stephens Bulloch, one of Roswell's first settlers. It was here on December 22, 1853, the Bullochs' daughter, Mittie married Theodore Roosevelt Sr. The couple became the parents of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States. Such a treasure right here in our backyards.
The total cost for lunch and the guided tour is $25. RSVP via the link below. You may pay by credit card or send a check. Don’t miss this! We want to have a great turnout! If you have any questions, please contact Jean Ann McCarthy at [email protected].
You are welcome to bring a guest or non-CPWC member as well. Everyone does pay the fee for the tour and lunch, however.

December 15 -- The CPCA (with help from the CPWC) is hosting a holiday family affair – the Yule Log bonfire at McFarlane Park on December 15.
The event kicks off with a big bonfire around 4:30 p.m., hot chocolate and cookies, and singing.
Santa arrives in his red pick-up at about 5:00. Bring your kids to sit on Santa's lap for a photo op. (He has a real white beard
and his own white hair.)
You don't have to have kids to enjoy this event. It is a great way to kick off the holiday season and visit with neighbors and friends around a bonfire!
Our luminary night will kick off later that night of December 15. This event is sponsored by the women's club. Each household will receive 10 white luminary bags and directions on how to assemble the luminaries and place along the curbs. The target lighting time is between 6:30-7:00 to 10:00. We hope everybody will participate.
What a beautiful way to spread the light in our community during the holidays!
