May 9 -- Closing Luncheon -- at 10:30 am at Cyndi Smith's home. We look forward to seeing everyone. We will present the check from our fundraising efforts to the Center for Children and Young Adults. We will also present the slate for CPWC leadership for 2014-15. Thank you in advance to Chef Thomas for catering. (Photo at left is from last year's Closing Luncheon at Sue Butler's home)
March 21 -- Chinese Cooking Demo with Natalie Keng -- Chinese Southern Belle at Shea Amin's home at 10:30 a.m. Check out Natalie on her website : http://www.chinesesouthernbelle.com/

December 15 -- The CPCA (with help from the CPWC) is hosting a holiday family affair – the Yule Log bonfire at McFarlane Park on December 15.
The event kicks off with a big bonfire around 4:30 p.m., hot chocolate and cookies, and singing.
Santa arrives in his red pick-up at about 5:00. Bring your kids to sit on Santa's lap for a photo op. (He has a real white beard
and his own white hair.)
You don't have to have kids to enjoy this event. It is a great way to kick off the holiday season and visit with neighbors and friends around a bonfire!
Our luminary night will kick off later that night of December 15. This event is sponsored by the women's club. Each household will receive 10 white luminary bags and directions on how to assemble the luminaries and place along the curbs. The target lighting time is between 6:30-7:00 to 10:00. We hope everybody will participate.
What a beautiful way to spread the light in our community during the holidays!
